Tried to catch the super moon tonight as it was too cloudy yesterday. Tonight it rose from the horizon for several minutes before being obscured by clouds once again. This time thought I was a little more taken with the light effects on the clouds. So I took two images (well, I took a lot more than two but used these ones) and exposed one for the craters and one for the clouds. Sandwiched those two together and came up with the shot that I could see with my naked eyes but not the one the camera could capture without a little help.
This is a single shot of the moon just as it was coming over the hill.
